 The PGA TOUR Partners Club heads back to Cincinnati, OH this year for the next TPC Tournament Trail event at TPC River’s Bend on Tuesday, August 19, 2008. This is your chance to play a private course that Arnold Palmer designed and claims might well have 18 signature holes on it.
